In the west, Vancouver Island's rugged coast is dotted with myriad bays and sandy beaches, above which the Pacific rainforest towers. Covered with ferns and mosses, old-growth trees reach heights of over 70 meters. Tidal pools teem with marine life, and the ocean shelters countless seals, otters and whales. BC's varied mountain ranges form the backbone of the province, and our expeditions take you to the spectacularly rugged Coast Mountains and Spatsizi Plateau.
