| The
unparalleled variety in natural habitats and its remoteness make the Yukon a wonderful destination
for the lover of true wilderness. Where else can you find sky reaching mountains,
broad valleys scoured by glaciers more than 100 km long and huge areas of undisturbed
forest and tundra? Here you will find the essence of Canada, places to roam and
wander, places to feel humbled by sheer natural splendour. Far from any beaten
track, it is all the more reason for us to go there. |
| Rugged mountains,
including Canada's highest, and tundra plateaus contrast with lake-studded forests
and oceans of rolling hills. The Yukon is steeped in Gold Rush history and First
Nation culture. A true nature's cornucopia, the Yukon is home to more moose than
people, countless Dall sheep, caribou, grizzly and black bears, and shelters a
huge variety of birds and wild flowers. Spectacular and generous, Yukon wilderness
remains essentially untouched, to be enjoyed on a scale that defies the imagination. |

Nature
Trek Canada's Yukon
Having spent a lifetime working in and exploring Canada's
North, adding the Yukon to our personal map was a sure gone conclusion. Phenomenal scenery,
endless hiking opportunities, abundant wildlife,
rich history,
unpopulated expanses and exuberant flora make it a truly special
place. |
Why
go with us?
Not only have we traveled extensively across the territory but we have
partnered with those who call the Yukon home.
