21 day car trip | June-July 2023
These travelers wanted to observe wildlife and discover different landscapes in Alaska, preferably ‘off-road’.
Because Alaska can become quite bustling during the summer months, we recommend starting your journey in June, when you can also take advantage of the extended daylight hours provided by the midnight sun. However, the most memorable travel experiences often arise from the unexpected: witnessing a whale breach, observing massive chunks of ice break from a glacier, or encountering a vibrant local character. By embracing the unknown and allowing yourself to be open to new experiences, you will create some of your most cherished memories to take home. After thorough consultation, we created the following trip.
Adding the Yukon (yes, that is in Canada) will add travel time but also a considerable boost to your travel experience. The many wildlife excursions have added considerably to the travel budget.
